Consultants complete a structured learning pathway that includes:

  • Instructor-led F&SCM training, focused on real-world scenarios
  • Professional skills training designed to develop consulting capability and delivery confidence
  • Support to earn one of the following Microsoft certifications:
    • MB-310 Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate OR MB-330 Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant
  • A capstone project reflecting real F&SCM delivery scenarios, including hands-on implementation tasks, F&SCM process configuration exercises, and scenario-based problem solving aligned to real project challenges

Learners receive six months of guided coaching, including regular check-ins and mentoring sessions, designed to support continued development and reinforce consulting capability.

This ongoing support helps learners stay on track as they transition into consulting roles and continue to develop within the ecosystem.
