#BCTalent is an initiative designed by Microsoft and its engagement partners to help Microsoft Partners bridge their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central skills gaps by finding net-new talent with industry experience or developing their existing teams. We offer three paths:

Learner questions

If you’re selected to join #BCTalent, you’ll start work immediately with your Microsoft partner in a full-time role. While you’re onboarding and starting to contribute to projects, you’ll also have access to self-paced Business Central product training, designed to help you prepare for your Microsoft certification exams.

To set you up for long-term success, you will receive professional skills training and expert coaching. You’ll also join the #BCTalent community, gaining access to a network of learners and regular community sessions with Microsoft MVPs, product experts, and thought leaders.

The prior experience required will be dependent upon our available roles but most roles require experience in either Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Programming. To be considered for one of our upcoming roles, please complete a register interest form. If your skill set aligns with one our open roles, our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to discuss next steps.

Due to the high volume of interest we receive, we are unable to respond to each candidate individually.

After our Talent Acquisition team has confirmed that your skill set aligns with one or more of our open roles, they will reach out to you to conduct an initial phone screening.

From there, you will take part in a few rounds of interviews which will include a meet and greet with your prospective Microsoft partner. 

No, #BCTalent offers paid, full-time roles. All training, coaching, and certification costs are covered by us.
All our training takes place virtually. When learners join #BCTalent, they become part of the #BCTalent global community, allowing them to expand their network.
Most of our training is self-paced. Our learners complete their training while onboarding with their Microsoft Partner and beginning to contribute to projects.
All learners must live and work in either: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the United States to considered for one of our roles. We do not offer remote roles for learners in other countries or internships.

Learners have access to regular coaching sessions with a member of our #BCTalent team as well as support from our wider #BCTalent community.

The nature of your role will be dependent upon the Microsoft Partner that you join. All details of the role will be discussed during the interview process.

If your skills align with more than one open role, our Talent Acquisition team will share details about each opportunity and guide you in selecting the role that’s the best fit for your experience and career goals.
Completing our training will enhance your existing skills and ensures you can succeed as a Business Central specialist. If you have prior Business Central experience or certifications, please discuss that with your Talent Acquisition consultant during the interview process. If you are selected for one of our roles, our team will work with your Microsoft partner to modify the training accordingly.
Yes! #BCTalent covers the fees associated with your certification exam and provides access to revision content.
After you complete your training and coaching through #BCTalent, you will have the skills you need to progress in your career as a Business Central specialist with your Microsoft partner. You’ll also have access to the #BCTalent community where you can connect with other learners and participate in community sessions with Microsoft MVPs, product experts, and thought leaders so you can continue to grow your skills.
Salaries vary based on the Microsoft Partner you join, location, experience required, and the responsibilities of your role. All details will be provided during the interview process.
Travel requirements are unique to each of our Microsoft process. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide you with more details on the role you are being considered for during the interview process.
